Tim Collins and Martin Gasselsberger

Tim Collins, a "first-call vibraphonist" from New York, and Martin Gasselsberger, twice voted Jazz Musician of the Year by the music magazine Concerto, present mainly works from their own pens. From touching ballads to highly virtuosic compositions characterised by witty playing, they immediately cast a spell over both jazz and classical music lovers.

The two exceptional musicians have known each other for years. Now, with their programme "Confidence", they are entering the highly sensitive arena of duo playing for the first time. The two are masters of improvisation. The prerequisites for this spontaneous musical action and reaction are trust and the ability to listen attentively at all times.
