Sascha Förster's exquisite gourmet cuisine is reflected in every single dish and in the creativity of each plate. As well as in the joy, passion and enthusiasm for the individual products.
His creations reveal many an extravagant combination that, after the first bite, merges into a surprising symbiosis.

- Menu "Secret Forest": € 140 per person, including champagne aperitif
- Hotel guests receive a credit of €20 per person for the regular evening menu, not consumed as part of half board.
- Optional extra: accompanying drinks (including water) € 64 per person, non-alcoholic version € 39 per person.
Drinks pairing by our sommelier can be booked individually: choose from a fine wine pairing or a non-alcoholic drinks pairing of your choice.
Table reservations are required! Our gourmet evening awaits you on selected dates, starting at 6 p.m. with our ‘Meet the Chef’ get-together in front of the Klosterhof-Stuben.
